Fees and Payments
Zebrands charges fees for its services as outlined in the contract provided to each client. Fees may be paid in installments or as a lump sum, as outlined in the contract. Failure to pay fees as outlined in the contract may result in the suspension or termination of services.

Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, in the work produced by Zebrands belong to Zebrands, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Our clients have a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the work we produce for them, subject to payment of the agreed fees.

Confidentiality
Zebrands acknowledges that it may receive confidential information from its clients in the course of providing its services. We agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not to disclose it to third parties, except as required by law or with the express written consent of the client.

Limitation of Liability
Zebrands is not liable for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, arising from the use of our services. We do not guarantee the success of any automation service, marketing campaign or website design project. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services by the client.

Termination
Either party may terminate the contract with written notice if the other party breaches any material provision of the agreement. Upon termination, the client will pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.

Amendments
Zebrands reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.

Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Zebrands and its clients and supersede any previous agreement or understanding, whether written or oral.
